1 tsp (5 mL) chia seeds
½ tsp (2 mL) cinnamon or nutmeg
1/3 cup (75 mL) 2% Greek yogurt
2/3 cup (150 mL) 2% milk
2 tsp (10 mL) honey
1 tsp (5 mL) vanilla
1 tbsp (15 mL) raw sunflower seeds
1/3 cup (75 mL) fresh or frozen berries (thawed)* blueberries and strawberries, raisins or cranberries can also be substituted.
The no-cook, healthy Overnight Not Just Oats comes together in a flash the night before for when you’re in a rush to get out the door.


1.In a bowl, combine ROGERS PORRIDGE OATS & ANCIENT GRAINS, chia, sunflower seeds and spices, then set aside.
2.In another bowl, whisk together yogurt, milk, honey and vanilla.
3.Blend wet ingredients with dry ingredients.
4.Cover and refrigerate for a minimum of four hours or overnight.
5.Once chilled you can transfer to an individual parfait glass or mason jar. Then layer and/or garnish with sunflowers seeds and fruit.
6.Overnight Not Just Oats can be stored in the refrigerator for two days.
