Cranberry Layer:
2 cups fresh or frozen cranberries
½ cup sugar
1 tbsp Rogers Foods All Purpose Flour
1 tbsp orange zest
A holiday dessert that’s pure magic in every layer!  These Cranberry Crumble Cheesecake Bars combine a buttery oat crumble with a rich, creamy cheesecake filling and a burst of tart cranberry perfection. Sweet, tangy, and irresistibly festive  – they taste like the holidays in every bite! 

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Line a 9x13-inch pan with parchment.
2.Mix the flour, oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, and butter until the mixture is crumbly and holds together. Press half into the pan.
3.Bake 10 minutes.
4.In a saucepan, cook cranberries, sugar, and flour until thickened (5–7 minutes). Stir in zest.
5.Spread over the cheesecake layer.
6.Top with the remaining oat mixture and bake for an additional 30 minutes.
7.Cool completely before cutting into bars.
8.Tip: Freeze extra bars - they taste even better chilled!
