
| 1 1/4 cup ROGERS 100% WHOLE GRAIN WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR | |
| 1/2 cup ROGERS OAT BRAN | |
| 1/2 cup ROGERS LARGE FLAKE OATS | |
| 1 cup brown sugar | |
| 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder | |
| 1/4 tsp. salt | |
| 1 cup butter, melted | |
| 1 tsp. vanilla | |
| 1/2 cup dates, chopped | |
| 1/4 cup coconut |
| 1. | Preheat over to 350 F (180 C). |
| 2. | Combine flour, oat bran, large flake oats, brown sugar, bakig powder and salt in a bowl. Stir in melted butter and vanilla. Mix well. |
| 3. | Add dates and coconut. |
| 4. | Spread mixture into an un-greased baking pan. Bake 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Allow to stand 5 minutes then cut into squares, but leave in pan to thoroughly cool. Remove from pan and serve |
