
| 2 cups ROGERS ALL-PURPOSE FLOUR (475mL) | |
| 3 eggs | |
| 1 Tbsp olive oil (15mL) | |
| 1 tsp salt (6mL) | |
| 1/8 tsp black pepper (0.75mL) |
This recipe fabulous lasagna noodles or spaghetti or fettuccine. Thanks to @JoAndSue!
| 1. | Make a well in centre of flour. |
| 2. | Add in remaining ingredients and mix until shaggy dough forms. |
| 3. | Add a little water, a tablespoon at a time, if needed, until it comes together. |
| 4. | Knead until smooth. Pat into a ball and cover. Let rest 30 minutes. |
| 5. | Run through pasta machine according to manufacturer’s directions. Makes fabulous lasagna noodles or spaghetti or fettuccine! |
