Ingredients

2 cups ROGERS ALL-PURPOSE FLOUR (475mL)
3 eggs
1 Tbsp olive oil (15mL)
1 tsp salt (6mL)
1/8 tsp black pepper (0.75mL)

Instructions

1.Make a well in centre of flour.
2.Add in remaining ingredients and mix until shaggy dough forms.
3.Add a little water, a tablespoon at a time, if needed, until it comes together.
4.Knead until smooth. Pat into a ball and cover. Let rest 30 minutes.
5.Run through pasta machine according to manufacturer’s directions. Makes fabulous lasagna noodles or spaghetti or fettuccine!
