Ingredients

6 medium peaches, peeled and sliced 6
1 tbsp. lemon juice 15mL
1 tbsp. sugar 15mL
1 tsp. ROGERS NO ADDITIVE or ALL PURPOSE FLOUR 5mL

Instructions

1.Place sliced fruit into bottom of 8 x 8” pan; sprinkle with lemon juice. Combine sugar with 1 tsp. of flour and sprinkle on fruit.
2.Cream together first 4 ingredients.
3.Combine dry ingredients, adding half to creamed ingredients. Mix in.
4.Add milk and remaining dry ingredients. Mix.
5.Spoon over peaches and spread evenly.
6.Bake at 350°F for an hour. Top will be golden brown and cake tester will come out clean.
7.Yield: 9-10 servings.
