Microwave method: Combine 1/3 cup (80 mL) ROGERS LARGE FLAKE OATS in a microwave safe bowl with 2/3 (160 mL) cup of water and salt to taste. Microwave on high 2-3 minutes.
ROGERS LARGE FLAKE OATS are rolled oats flattened between rollers to produce flakes that are thick enough to hold their shape during cooking and create a hearty, chewy bowl of oatmeal.
Shelf Life: 8 months. To maintain freshness, transfer to a sealed container and store in the fridge.

ROGERS Large Flake Oats are not ready-to-eat products and should be cooked before eating. Please follow the cooking directions on the package. As with all dry grain products, wash your hands after handling and clean/sanitize counters, utensils, and bowls to help prevent cross-contamination.
