Stovetop Method (preferred): Stir 1 cup (250 mL) ROGERS PORRIDGE OATS ANCIENT GRAIN BLEND and 1/4 tsp (1 mL) salt (optional) into 2 cups (500 mL) boiling water. Reduce heat and cook, covered, 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Yield 3 cups.
Microwave Method (for single serving only): In a large microwaveable bowl, combine 1/3 cup (80 mL) ROGERS PORRIDGE OATS ANCIENT GRAIN BLEND with 2/3 cup (160 mL) water. Add salt to taste. Cook on full power 3–4 minutes, watching closely and stirring halfway through.
