What allergens are associated with ROGERS retail flours?

On the flour bags you will find “May contain Soy, Mustard, Triticale, Rye, Barley, Oats”  This is a list of grains and seeds that the wheat could be cross contaminated with in the fields.  Other Allergens, including Peanuts, Tree Nuts, Sesame Seeds, Dairy Products, Eggs, Fish and Crustaceans are not present in ROGERS retail flours.
