
| 6 medium peaches, peeled and sliced 6 | |
| 1 tbsp. lemon juice 15mL | |
| 1 tbsp. sugar 15mL | |
| 1 tsp. ROGERS NO ADDITIVE or ALL PURPOSE FLOUR 5mL |
| 1. | Place sliced fruit into bottom of 8 x 8” pan; sprinkle with lemon juice. Combine sugar with 1 tsp. of flour and sprinkle on fruit. |
| 2. | Cream together first 4 ingredients. |
| 3. | Combine dry ingredients, adding half to creamed ingredients. Mix in. |
| 4. | Add milk and remaining dry ingredients. Mix. |
| 5. | Spoon over peaches and spread evenly. |
| 6. | Bake at 350°F for an hour. Top will be golden brown and cake tester will come out clean. |
| 7. | Yield: 9-10 servings. |
