1 1/4 cup ROGERS 5 GRAIN GRANOLA | |
1 1/2 cup ROGERS WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR | |
2 tsp baking powder | |
1/2 tsp salt | |
1 tsp cinnamon | |
1/2 tsp nutmeg | |
1 egg | |
1/3 cup brown sugar | |
1/4 cup vegetable oil | |
1/2 cup milk | |
1 cup unsweetened applesauce |
A 5 Grain muffin full of flavour!
1. | Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). |
2. | Measure Rogers 5 Grain Granola into a bowl. Remove 1/4 cup granola (without raisins) to use for topping; set aside. Add flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg to granola in bowl. Stir to combine. |
3. | Beat egg; add brown sugar and vegetable oil and mix well. Stir in milk and applesauce. |
4. | Add liquids to dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Spoon into prepared muffin tins and sprinkle tops with reserved granola. |
