1/4 cup water
1 cup applesauce
1 tbsp molasses
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp allspice
1 cup ROGERS DARK RYE FLOUR
2 cups ROGERS WHITE BREAD FLOUR
1 1/2 tsp instant yeast
A slightly sweet, moist rye bread. Made in your bread machine.
