
| 1 1/4 cups ROGERS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR | |
| 1 cup ROGERS OAT BRAN | |
| 1/2 tsp cinnamon | |
| 2/3 cup sugar | |
| 2 tsp baking powder | |
| 1/2 tsp salt | |
| 1/3 cup vegetable oil | |
| 2 eggs | |
| 1 cup banana (mashed) | |
| 2 tbsp lemon juice | |
| 3/4 cup BC Blueberries (fresh or frozen) | 
Warm & delicious for a special breakfast or coffee break treat!
| 1. | Preheat oven to 350 °F (175 °C). | 
| 2. | Combine Rogers All Purpose Flour , oat Bran, cinnamon, sugar, baking powder and salt. | 
| 3. | Add vegetable oil, eggs, banana and lemon juice. Do not overmix. | 
| 4. | Mix together the ¼ cup of sugar and ¼ tsp cinnamon.Toss BC Blueberries in ½ the cinnamon sugar, keeping the rest to sprinkle on top of the loaf. Gently fold in blueberries. | 
| 5. | Pour batter into a greased 2L (9” x 5”) loaf pan. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar and bake for about 1 hour or until tester comes out clean. Cool 15 minutes before removing from pan. |
