Ingredients

2 cups ROGERS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
2 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 cup brown sugar
1 1/3 cups ROGERS OAT BRAN
1 cup ROGERS NATURAL WHEAT BRAN
1 cup raisins
2 eggs
2 cups milk
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 tbsp molasses
Double the fibre goodness!

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
2.Into a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Add brown sugar, oat bran, wheat bran, and raisins; mix well.
3.In a small bowl, beat eggs; add milk, oil and molasses and mix.
4.Add liquid mixture to dry ingredients and stir just until blended. Let batter rest for 4 minutes. Spoon into greased muffin cups. Bake 15 – 20 minutes.
