
| 1 1/2 cups ROGERS NO ADDITIVE or ALL PURPOSE FLOUR 375 mL | |
| 1 1/2 cup ROGERS WHOLE GRAIN WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR 375 mL | |
| 2 1/2 tsp. baking soda 12 mL | |
| 2 1/2 tsp. baking powder 12 mL | |
| 1/2 tsp. salt 2 mL | |
| 3 tbsp. brown sugar 45 mL | |
| 1 3/4 cups milk 440 mL |
| 1. | Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare loaf pan. |
| 2. | Combine all ingredients and stir until blended. Don’t over-mix. |
| 3. | Pour batter into loaf pan (will be clumpy) and bake for 35-45 minutes. Test with tester. |
| 4. | The flavour improves if you keep it in a plastic bag after it has cooled and use it the next day. |
