Ingredients

3/4 cup ROGERS NO ADDITIVE or ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
1/2 cup ROGERS PORRIDGE OATS ORIGINAL BLEND
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
1 cup milk
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
Another tasty way to get your oatmeal.

Instructions

1.Combine the first 6 dry ingredients in a bowl and stir well.
2.In a small bowl, beat egg, add milk, lemon juice and oil. Add this egg mixture to the dry ingredients and stir just until moistened.
3.Cook on a hot griddle, allowing about 1/3 cup of batter for each pancake.
4. Add a little food colouring for a festive occasion and top with one of our FIVE GRAIN GRANOLAS.
