1/2 cup ROGERS 5 GRAIN GRANOLA LOW FAT RASPBERRY ALMOND BLEND | |
1 1/2 cup Plain Greek Yogurt | |
1/2 cup Fresh or Frozen Raspberries | |
1/4 cup Almond Milk | |
1 tbsp honey |
Raspberry Granola Yogurt Pops are a sweet treat for your family!
1. | Using a silicone mould, sprinkle 1 tsp. Rogers 5 Grain Granola in the bottom of the mould and a few raspberries. |
2. | Mix greek yogurt with almond milk and honey until a pour-able consistency is formed. |
3. | In a separate bowl, mash raspberries, saving a few for garnish. |
4. | Gently swirl raspberry mixture into yogurt mixture, do not overmix. |
5. | Pour mixture into each mould, leaving 1/8 inch. |
6. | Divide remaining granola and gently press into the top of each mould. |
7. | Insert a popsicle stick into side of the mould and freeze for 5 hours for optimum consistency. |
