The only specialty flours available to you are at Costco in BC. They are, Silver Star, which is our unbleached bread flour and Whole wheat coarse which is our whole wheat bread flour.

Our Ancient Grains Porridge Oats will temporarily be out of stock on grocery store shelves over the next 4 – 6 weeks due to a bagging issue.
In the short term, please consider some of our other options, including Rogers Foods Original Porridge Oats & Healthy Grains, Large Flake Oats, or our Porridge Oats Steel Cut Oat Blend.
