• 1–2 tsp cold water, if needed

Instructions

1.1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2.2. In a bowl, combine Rogers Wheat Flour, Rogers Wheat Bran, Parmesan, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
3.3. Cut in cold butter with a pastry cutter or your fingertips until the mixture forms coarse crumbs.
