Rogers Foods requires a minimum of a Grade 12 education or equivalent. Availability for shift work, which may include weekends, holidays, and call-outs as required. Ability to lift repetitively. Mechanical aptitude is an asset. Self-motivated, takes initiative, and builds and maintains solid working relationships with managers and fellow employees.
