| 1 cup ROGERS No Additive/All Purpose Flour 250 mL | |
| 1 cup ROGERS Wheat Germ 250 mL | |
| 1/2 tsp. baking powder 2 mL | |
| 1/2 tsp. baking soda 2 mL | |
| 1/2 tsp. salt 2 mL | |
| 1/2 cup peanuts, chopped 125 mL | |
| 1/2 cup margarine 125 mL | |
| 1 cup brown sugar 250 mL | |
| 2 eggs 2 | |
| 1/3 cp crunchy peanut butter 80 mL | |
| 1 tsp vanilla 5 mL |

| 1. | •Preheat oven to 325⁰F (160⁰C). |
| 2. | •Combine first 6 ingredients and mix well. Set aside |
| 3. | •Cream together, margarine and brown sugar. Add eggs, peanut butter and vanilla. |
| 4. | •Stir dry ingredients into creamed mixture. |
| 5. | •Turn batter into and prepared 9 in square pan and bake for 15 to 20 minutes |
| 6. | •Prepare frosting, adding 1 tablespoon of milk at a time. The amount of milk will vary depending on thickness of peanut butter. Frost bars while warm. |
