1. | Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) |
2. | Combine Flour, Oat Bran, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and raisins in a large bowl and set aside. |
3. | In another bowl, combine lightly beaten egg whites, oil, mashed bananas, skim milk and vanilla. |
4. | Stir banana mixture into dry ingredients until dry ingredients are just moistened. |
5. | Spoon into prepared muffin tins. Bake for 15 – 20 minutes. Until tested done. |
