The jumbo chocolate kisses makes this moist cake extra appealing to chocolate lovers
1. | Preheat oven to 350°F ( 180°C). |
2. | Cream together butter and sugar. Add eggs, vanilla and bananas and mix until smooth. In a medium bowl, combine flour, baking powder and baking soda. Add to banana mixture alternately with sour cream, ending with dry ingredients. |
3. | Pour half the batter into a greased 13″ x 9″ (32.5 cm x 22.5 cm) cake pan. Combine cinnamon and brown sugar. Sprinkle half of mixture into the cake batter. Top with 1 cup of chocolate kisses. |
4. | Pour remaining batter over top of cake mixture and repeat layer. Bake for 45 – 50 minutes or until cake is done. |
