| 1/3 cup brown sugar, packed 80 mL | |
| 1/3 cup white sugar 80 mL | |
| 1/2 cup dried cranberries 125 mL | |
| 1/2 cup white chocolate chips 125 mL | |
| 1/2 cup pecans, chopped 125 mL | |
| 1/2 cup butter, softened 125 mL | |
| 1 egg | |
| 1 tsp. vanilla 5 mL |
Holiday baking is the most wonderful time of the year
| 1. | Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Prepare cookie sheets. |
| 2. | Combine dry ingredients. |
| 3. | In a separate bowl beat together butter, egg, and vanilla. |
| 4. | Add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture and stir until well blended. Form into 1” balls and place on cookie sheets. |
| 5. | Bake 8-12 minutes or until edges start to brown. |
