Ingredients

1 cup ROGERS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR 250 mL
1/2 tsp. baking soda 2 mL
1/2 tsp. salt 2 mL
1/2 cup ROGERS LARGE FLAKE OATS 125 mL
1/3 cup brown sugar, packed 80 mL
1/3 cup white sugar 80 mL
1/2 cup dried cranberries 125 mL
1/2 cup white chocolate chips 125 mL
1/2 cup pecans, chopped 125 mL
1/2 cup butter, softened 125 mL
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla 5 mL

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Prepare cookie sheets.
2.Combine dry ingredients.
3.In a separate bowl beat together butter, egg, and vanilla.
4.Add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture and stir until well blended. Form into 1” balls and place on cookie sheets.
5.Bake 8-12 minutes or until edges start to brown.
