Yummy chocolate chip cookies with the added crunch of granola.
1. | Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition. Add vanilla. |
2. | Sift together flour, salt and baking powder; gradually add to the butter mixture. Stir in granola and chocolate chips. |
3. | Form into 1 inch balls and placed on ungreased cookie sheet; flatten with a fork. Bake 10-12 minutes. |
