Ingredients

1 cup ROGERS No Additive/All Purpose Flour 250 mL 
1 cup ROGERS Wheat Germ 250 mL
1/2 tsp. baking powder 2 mL
1/2 tsp. baking soda 2 mL
1/2 tsp. salt 2 mL
1/2 cup peanuts, chopped 125 mL
1/2 cup margarine 125 mL
1 cup brown sugar 250 mL
2 eggs 2
1/3 cp crunchy peanut butter 80 mL
1 tsp vanilla 5 mL

Instructions

1.•Preheat oven to 325⁰F (160⁰C).
2.•Combine first 6 ingredients and mix well. Set aside
3.•Cream together, margarine and brown sugar. Add eggs, peanut butter and vanilla.
4.•Stir dry ingredients into creamed mixture.
5.•Turn batter into and prepared 9 in square pan and bake for 15 to 20 minutes
6.•Prepare frosting, adding 1 tablespoon of milk at a time. The amount of milk will vary depending on thickness of peanut butter. Frost bars while warm.
