Ingredients

4 cups diced plums (950mL)
1 Tbsp ROGERS ALL-PURPOSE FLOUR (15mL)
2 Tbsp sugar (30mL)
1 tsp vanilla (6mL)
1/2 tsp cinnamon (3mL))

Crumb Topping

1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut (118mL)
1/2 cup ROGERS ALL-PURPOSE FLOUR (118mL)
1/2 cup ROGERS LARGE FLAKE OATS (118mL)
1/2 cup brown sugar (118mL)
Pinch salt
1/4 cup melted butter (59mL)
For a different take on your usual fruit crumble, try this plum-filled coconut crumble!

Instructions

1.Gently toss together the plums, flour, sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon.
2.Spread in 10-inch oven-safe dish.
3.Using a fork; mix together the coconut, flour, oats, brown sugar, salt, and butter.
4.Crumble over the plums.
5.Bake at 350F until bubbly and brown, about 40 minutes.
