1 cup ROGERS No Additive/All Purpose Flour 250mL | |
1 cup ROGERS Porridge Oats & Healthy Grains 250 mL | |
1 cup ROGERS Wheat Germ 250 mL | |
1 tsp baking soda 5 mL | |
1/2 tsp salt 2 mL | |
1 cup chocolate chips 250 mL | |
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped 125 mL | |
1/2 cup sunflower seeds 125 mL | |
3/4 cup margarine 180 mL | |
3/4 cup brown sugar 180 mL | |
2 eggs 2 | |
1 tsp vanilla 5 mL |
1. | Preheat oven to 350F (180C) |
2. | Combine first 8 ingredients. Mix well and set aside. |
3. | Cream margarine and sugar together. Add eggs, one at a time and vanilla. Mix well. |
4. | Sitre in flour. |
5. | Drop by tablespoon onto greased baking sheets. Flatten to about 1/2 inch thickness. These cookies will not spread during baking. |
