1 cup ROGERS No Additive/All Purpose Flour 250mL
1 cup ROGERS Porridge Oats & Healthy Grains 250 mL
1 cup ROGERS Wheat Germ 250 mL
1 tsp baking soda 5 mL
1/2 tsp salt 2 mL
1 cup chocolate chips 250 mL
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped 125 mL
1/2 cup sunflower seeds 125 mL
3/4 cup margarine 180 mL
3/4 cup brown sugar 180 mL
2 eggs 2
1 tsp vanilla 5 mL

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 350F (180C)
2.Combine first 8 ingredients. Mix well and set aside.
3.Cream margarine and sugar together. Add eggs, one at a time and vanilla. Mix well.
4.Sitre in flour.
5.Drop by tablespoon onto greased baking sheets. Flatten to about 1/2 inch thickness. These cookies will not spread during baking.
