Why do the 3 flavours of ROGERS Porridge Oats all come in different sizes?

Healthy Grains is 1 kg, Steel Cut Oat Blend is 1.1kg because of the added weight of the steel cut portion. Ancient Grains is 750 g because of the added expense of some of the organic grains used in the blend.
