
| 2 cups ROGERS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR | |
| 2 tbsp baking powder | |
| 1/2 tsp baking soda | |
| 1 tsp salt | |
| 1 cup brown sugar | |
| 1 1/3 cups ROGERS OAT BRAN | |
| 1 cup ROGERS NATURAL WHEAT BRAN | |
| 1 cup raisins | |
| 2 eggs | |
| 2 cups milk | |
| 1/2 cup vegetable oil | |
| 2 tbsp molasses |

| 1. | Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). |
| 2. | Into a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Add brown sugar, oat bran, wheat bran, and raisins; mix well. |
| 3. | In a small bowl, beat eggs; add milk, oil and molasses and mix. |
| 4. | Add liquid mixture to dry ingredients and stir just until blended. Let batter rest for 4 minutes. Spoon into greased muffin cups. Bake 15 – 20 minutes. |
