Current Employment Opportunities

We are currently hiring for the following full-time positions:

Maintenance Helper

Support the maintenance team in keeping equipment and facilities operating safely and efficiently. This role is ideal for individuals with mechanical aptitude, a strong work ethic, and a desire to learn within a manufacturing environment.

Human Resources Assistant

Help support the people behind Rogers Foods. This position assists with recruitment, onboarding, employee administration, and other HR functions that contribute to a positive workplace culture.

Miller’s Assistant

Work alongside experienced milling professionals in the production of premium flour products. This role offers hands-on experience in one of Canada’s most respected milling operations.

Flour Packer

Play an important role in preparing and packaging the products that Canadians rely on every day. Attention to detail, safety awareness, and teamwork are key qualities for success in this position.

What We’re Looking For

Successful candidates typically possess:
