| 1. | Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Line a 9x13-inch pan with parchment. |
| 2. | Mix the flour, oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, and butter until the mixture is crumbly and holds together. Press half into the pan. |
| 3. | Bake 10 minutes. |
| 4. | In a saucepan, cook cranberries, sugar, and flour until thickened (5–7 minutes). Stir in zest. |
| 5. | Spread over the cheesecake layer. |
| 6. | Top with the remaining oat mixture and bake for an additional 30 minutes. |
