| • 1 cup unsalted butter, room temperature | |
| • 2 oz cream cheese, room temperature | |
| • 1 1/4 cups granulated sugar | |
| • 1 large egg | |
| • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract | |
| • 1/4 teaspoon almond extract (optional) | |
| • 3 cups Rogers Foods Organic All Purpose Flour (or our regular All Purpose Flour) | |
| • 1 teaspoon baking powder | |
| • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda | |
| • 3/4 teaspoon salt | |
| • 1–2 cups assorted sprinkles |

| 1. | • Beat butter, cream cheese, and sugar until light and fluffy. |
| 2. | • Add egg, vanilla, and almond extracts. Mix well until fluffy. |
| 3. | • Add flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Mix until just combined. |
| 4. | • Chill dough 15–20 minutes. |
| 5. | • Preheat oven to 375°F. Line baking sheets with parchment. |
| 6. | • Scoop 1.5 tbsp balls, roll into a smooth ball, coat in sprinkles, and flatten slightly. |
| 7. | • Bake 10–12 minutes. |
| 8. | • Cool on baking sheets 10–15 minutes, then move to racks. |
