| • 2 cups confectioners’ (powdered) sugar | |
| • ¼ cup butter, softened | |
| • 3 tbsp Irish cream liqueur | |

| • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips | |
| • 3 tbsp Irish cream liqueur | |
| • 2 tbsp heavy whipping cream | |

| 1. | 1. Prep: Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease an 8″ × 8″ square baking pan. |
| 2. | 2. Make Brownies: In a bowl, whisk Rogers Organic All Purpose Flour, baking powder, and salt. Melt butter, then stir in cocoa, oil, and coffee until smooth. Cool slightly. Add sugar and eggs; mix well. Add dry ingredients and vanilla; stir to combine. Spread batter into pan. Bake ~25 minutes or until set. Cool. |
