Ingredients

1 1/2 cups ROGERS NO ADDITIVE or ALL PURPOSE FLOUR 375 mL
1 1/2 cup ROGERS WHOLE GRAIN WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR 375 mL
2 1/2 tsp. baking soda 12 mL
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder 12 mL
1/2 tsp. salt 2 mL
3 tbsp. brown sugar 45 mL
1 3/4 cups milk 440 mL

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare loaf pan.
2.Combine all ingredients and stir until blended. Don’t over-mix.
3. Pour batter into loaf pan (will be clumpy) and bake for 35-45 minutes. Test with tester.
4.The flavour improves if you keep it in a plastic bag after it has cooled and use it the next day.
