
| 3/4 cup ROGERS NO ADDITIVE or ALL PURPOSE FLOUR | |
| 1/2 cup ROGERS PORRIDGE OATS ORIGINAL BLEND | |
| 2 tbsp. sugar | |
| 1 tsp. baking powder | |
| 1/2 tsp. baking soda | |
| 1/2 tsp. salt | |
| 1 egg | |
| 1 cup milk | |
| 1 tbsp. lemon juice | |
| 2 tbsp. vegetable oil |
Another tasty way to get your oatmeal.
| 1. | Combine the first 6 dry ingredients in a bowl and stir well. |
| 2. | In a small bowl, beat egg, add milk, lemon juice and oil. Add this egg mixture to the dry ingredients and stir just until moistened. |
| 3. | Cook on a hot griddle, allowing about 1/3 cup of batter for each pancake. |
| 4. | Add a little food colouring for a festive occasion and top with one of our FIVE GRAIN GRANOLAS. |
