1/2 cup peanut butter* 125 mL | |
1/2 cup dried cranberries** 125 mL | |
2/3 cup sweet coconut 160 mL | |
1/2 cup ground flaxseed 125 mL | |
1/3 cup honey 80 mL | |
1 tsp. vanilla 5 mL |
1. | Mix all together, form into balls and refrigerate. |
2. | ** Can substitute equal amounts of raisins, dates, chocolate chips (mini works better) in lieu of dried cranberries. |
