For a different take on your usual fruit crumble, try this plum-filled coconut crumble!
1. | Gently toss together the plums, flour, sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon. |
2. | Spread in 10-inch oven-safe dish. |
3. | Using a fork; mix together the coconut, flour, oats, brown sugar, salt, and butter. |
4. | Crumble over the plums. |
5. | Bake at 350F until bubbly and brown, about 40 minutes. |
